If we feel stress what is the solution?

I am the degree atudent in University Tunku Abdul Rahman(UTAR)~But ,  I finally know that there are full of challenge for student to face in Degree lesson. There are a lot of assignment and test. Every student give themself the stress too much.
Stressful life

Why everyone force themself to do the work in very long time? Fight for good result or don't want to lose other people? Want to increase reputation??
No matter how important of the work. REST is the very important energy source for people to continue their hardworking!
I have 2 friend, friend A always sleep lately, but friend B always sleep early and get sufficient rest. In the result, friend B got higher score in the assignment while compare with friend A.

Therefore, rest is a key for doing a work.
Playing game also important!!
I will do the assignment at the same time playing game. I can doing the work at the same time enjoy the game~
Besides that, another good way to control stress and do the work effectively is list out all of the work we need to do, make a own schedule for the works.

When you finish the work one by one, you can feel relax mentally.
Those are good way for me to reduce my stress, hope this can be useful
